A lot of people think I am crazy because
i like sci-fi, fantasy and dramas. Not to
much on comedy. Some of it is good, but
i think most is just not funny. There was
one with jennifer Lopez and Jane Fonda
as her soon to be mother-in-law that was
totally hilarious (can't remember the name).

Lee Safar is a huge Twilight fan and is up for a spot on the New Moon soundtrack with 2 songs. The First is I"m Here which
she hopes will be for the Edward, Bella reunion in Italy. The second song, Take me Away is not available yet to preview. I believe the first song is perfect
and hope she is one of the lucky ones chosen to be on the sound track due out in October. 
Hillary and Hannah Hindi are two
sisters who create some of the most amazing parodies. Their impersonations are spot on and the costumes and props are perfect. I think these sisters have a
huge future ahead of them in film and believe it or not their videos are shot using just one camera. A must watch is their Dark Night and Twilight Parody and
their sneek peak at the coming New Moon Parody. Check them out on YouTube!

I have looked at this quote over and over again. Each time I've read the book I try and take into consideration very carefully both the quote and the preface, to really try to understand Stephanie's motive behind each of them. Out of all the quotes (there are 6 in all because Breaking Dawn has three - one for each sub-book), this quote really stuck out to me. It's been years since I have read the Bible or analyzed the meanings of the words of it so I can only look at this quote based on the relationship it has to Twilight. There are many themes throughout the Twilight Saga, one being the relationship between good and evil.
Its easy to say, Human = good and Vampire = evil. And though Edward believes he is evil because of who he is and what he has done, we see differently, as did Bella. On page 92, Bella is reluctantly sharing with Edward her theories of what she thinks he is, from Spiderman to Superman, but Edward replies "What if I'm not a superhero? What if I'm the bad guy?". Edward honestly feels that he is evil to the core, the core of his existence. Though he did not eat willingly of the apple of knowledge (the knowledge or who he is, the knowledge of mortality) as he did not choose to be who he is, he still feels that there is nothing left to save his soul, nothing left to save him from eternal damnation.
Though Edward does his best to not be the monster he believes he is (being a vegetarian vampire) he can not bring himself to think that he deserves the true happiness that love, true love, Bella's love, might bring him. On page 187, Edward exclaims that "I don't want to be a monster." What Edward doesn't know, is that he is far from the monster he believes he is. Bella points you on page 497 that Edward does not see himself clearly. He does not see himself worthy, of love, of salvation, of heaven or even hell (as we find out in New Moon, Edwards believes there is nothing beyond this life for his kind).
We also see Bella through the decision between good and evil. The decision to except the knowledge and love Edward for who he is or to turn from it and run. Bella discovers what Edward is and determines that no matter what 'it doesn't matter.' On page 139, Bella decides, "And I knew in that I had my answer. I didn't know if there ever was a choice, really. I was already in too deep. Now that I knew - if I knew - I could do nothing about my frightening secret. Because when I though of him, of his voice, his hypnotic eyes, the magnetic force of his personality, I wanted nothing more than to be with him. " Ironically, Bella decided to metaphorically eat from the tree of knowledge, which instead of death leads her to immortality (Breaking Dawn). A lifetime of forever with the one person that shouldn't exist but that she could not exist without.
I did not write this and am trying to find the author to give credit! I copied it from a blog and thought i had the authors name at the
bottom and didn't bookmark it, and i am having a real difficult time going
through the more than 100 blogs i have read to find it again. If nothing else i am persistent though!!
